Subtitle/Desciption: Food is a very powerful medicine
What I use for my sweet tooth and snack cravings:
Choczero Sugar-Free Chocolates - my favorite place to satisfying my chocolicism lol. They have peanut butter cups, chocolate chips, squares and seasonal collections that are very affordable. They make wonderful gifts! And I get the least amount of inflammation with sugar-free chocolates made with monkfruit sweetener and birch xylitol sweetener. Sugar-free candies made with sugar or other alternative sweeteners like sugar alcohols (erythritol, maltitol, etc. anything else) causes more flaring for me.
Monkfruit Powder Sweetener - My most favorite sweetener alternative! And it lasts forever! A little goes a LONG way.
Emerald Forest Xylitol Sweetener - This is my second most favorite sweetener. It replaces sugar with a 1:1 ratio. Great for baking! (Not sure if this brand is still being made. Seems to be harder to find lately.)
